| Reflection |
| The goal of this project was to assess the needs of customer experience associates and to have exploratory conversations with business area representatives. Since Nicole and I are not teachers by trade, we created a scenario where we could assess a group that would eventually need a corporate training intervention. I learned that you don’t prescribe solutions during the needs assessment. Asking questions to a variety of audiences is the key to creating a quality needs assessment. |
