Joe Biondo is the founder of Biondo Learning, a blog where he writes and shares his expertise in multimedia, web development, eLearning, learning experience design, and learning management systems.
Joe earned a M.S.Ed degree in Instructional Technology from Duquesne University, a B.A. degree from La Salle University in Digital Arts and Multimedia Design, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. He is a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Camtasia Explorer, Apple Certified Teacher, and was elected to Phi Kappa Phi which is the nation’s oldest all-discipline honor society.
